CN Accused of Breaking Laws

As part of their battle to get a newly built rail yard shut down, residents of southwest Strathcona County have accused Canadian National Railway, Imperial Oil and Cando Contracting Ltd. of violating many federal laws and CN, Imperial Oil, Railway Association of Canada and Federation of Canadian Municipalities policies and guidelines. In addition to a petition already signed by all of the local residents who can see and/or hear this rail yard, Railroaded has started an on line petition for individuals to sign who support this rail yard getting shut down.
