CN Railway Derailment Near Searchmont Ontario
Although it’s difficult to keep up with all the CN derailments, one of the latest CN derailments in Canada occurred April 1 near Searchmont, Ontario. Sootoday.com, The Sault Star and Local 2 Sault Ste. Marie report 11 of 34 cars derailed in the Searchmont area – 5 empty tankers and 6 cars carrying steel products.
